CSV Pro 2011 Now Available

CSV Pro is a utility for easily importing Crash Data Retrieval CSV files for user graphing and display options. CSV Pro is a custom Microsoft Excel™ spreadsheet template file that performs the following:

1. Easily imports the CSV exported file from the Bosch CDR Software program into Excel™ to allow the end user to view and arrange the imaged data into meaningful, clear and concise reports and graphs supplementing the original CDR report.
2. Automates the complex graphing and table display tasks in Excel™ for CDR CSV files.
3. Easily converts the many hundreds of individual cells found in a CDR CSV file in Excel™ too easy to read graphs and tables.
4. Allows analysts to evaluate Ford, Chrysler and GM exported CDR CSV files for a more complete analysis.
5. Retains original exported content while allowing for end user formatting.
6. Works with Ford, GM and Chrysler CDR CSV export files.

What's New for CSV Pro 2011

Expanded Chrysler Support to include all modules supported
under version 3.6 of the CDR software

• Chrysler Pre event data will be configured into one of two different formats. Providing consistency within the multiple formants generated from Chrysler modules.

• Post event data will display both delta v and acceleration regardless if the image captures just acceleration data or delta v data.

• Ability to select the event to be processed when multiple events are present.

New GM Support

• Now includes GM CSV file support
• Processes up to three events (if present) from GM CSV files
  
  
• Graphs each pre event data in a combination graph/table format
  
  
• Momentum calculations performed from imaged delta v data when involved vehicle's weights and approach and departure angles are entered (no post impact speed data needed to perform momentum analysis). Non GM CSV Files

• Pre event data may be manually entered producing pre event charts similar to early versions of the CDR software.
  
  
  
  
  
• Charts will graph Vehicle Speed, Engine RPM, Throttle Percentage, and Brake Switch Status, with data table displayed on the bottom of the graph.
  
• Charts will support both 5 second and 2.5 second data formats.
• Post event delta v data may be manually entered charting both X and Y axis delta v.
• Ability to complete momentum calculations from delta v data (similar to features present with Chrysler and GM CSV files).

Ability to send data directly from CSV Pro to Microsoft Word with the click of a single button.

• All charts may be sent directly to a Microsoft Word document as a picture. These charts may then be moved/resized and incorporated into other Word documents. (This feature requires Word 2007 or 2010)
• Data tables may be sent directly to a Microsoft Word document as a formatted table or text. (this feature is supported by all versions of Word)

CSV Pro is sold and distributed by Crash Data Group. Development of the CSV Pro tool was provided with the combined efforts of Collision Safety Institute, Crash Data Group and Accident Analysis & Reconstruction, Inc.

CSV Pro uses the Bosch Crash Data Retrieval Software's CSV (comma separated value) function for certain data sets and allows the end user to view and arrange the recovered data into meaningful, clear and concise reports and graphs supplementing the original CDR report for supported Ford, Chrysler and GM vehicles. This program does not change or alter any data in the .cdr file generated from the CDR download.

The CSV Pro File Utility is to be used in conjunction with Bosch CDR software. Bosch has no affiliation with the development or distribution of CSV Pro.
